SAFETY TIPS

If, by any chance, you have met with an accident or have a roadside breakdown, stay calm and follow these easy steps to your safety and that of your co-passengers.

• If you notice injuries, call an ambulance or the police immediately
• If you feel you’re in an isolated and unsafe location and your car can be driven, drive it to the nearest safe location
• If your car is immobile, make sure you and your passengers are at a safe distance from traffic or inside your vehicle
• Make sure that your vehicle ignition is turned off and hazards lights on to warn other drivers. If you have a reflector triangle, place it at least 5m from your vehicle.
• Call our Cadillac Roadside Assistance Team immediately to help us get you to safety or back on the road.

REQUESTING ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

In the event of an emergency, whether it be mechanical failure or accident, follow these simple guidelines​

• Stay as calm as possible.
• Call Cadillac Roadside Assistance immediately.
• If young children are in the car, please ensure that they are comfortable and reassured, and please don't leave them alone if you have to go off to call for assistance.
• Have your contact details at hand, including your Vehicle Identification Number and Vehicle Registration Number.
• In order to help us reach you as quickly as possible, try and be as specific as possible about your location.
• If you want us to call family or colleagues, we’ll make all the necessary calls.
