Standard on all Cadillac vehicles, our complimentary service & maintenance is a fully transferrable program covering all requirements as per the scheduled maintenance program, detailed in the owner's guide.​


Our roadside service ensures that, whatever happens, you always get back on your way as quickly as possible. In the event you're outside your country of residence and repairs can't be carried out on location, we'll arrange all accommodation and flights to ensure you reach your destination safely and with the utmost convenience.*​


Your Cadillac warranty ensures that your post-purchase experience is just as pleasurable and worry-free as the Cadillac you buy.

Cadillac Warranty

  • The General Motors Overseas Distribution Corporation authorized retailer, as seller, warrants each new passenger car or SUV and chassis, hereafter called “vehicle”.
  • The warranty covers repairs to correct any malfunction occurring during the warranty period resulting from defects in material or workmanship. Any required adjustments will be made during the warranty period. New or remanufactured parts will be used.
  • The warranty period for all coverage begins on the date the vehicle is first delivered or put in use (as shown on the inside cover of this booklet). It ends at the expiration of the coverage as shown below.
  • The warranty period is 4 years/100,000 km (whichever comes first) for all Cadillac vehicles.
  • To obtain warranty repairs, take the vehicle to an authorized retailer within the warranty period and request the needed repair or adjustments. Reasonable time must be allowed for the retailer to perform necessary repairs.
  • Warranty repairs and adjustments (parts and/or labor) will be made at no charge.
  • This warranty is for Cadillac vehicles registered and normally operated within the Middle East, provided that the warranty is issued by an authorized General Motors dealer.

Cadillac Free Maintenance:

  • The Cadillac Scheduled Free Maintenance Program covers any GM recommended service required to maintain your vehicle to the utmost performance (according to the maintenance schedule indicated in the owner’s manual) during the Scheduled Free Maintenance period.
  • The Cadillac Scheduled Free Maintenance Program period will begin on the date the vehicle is first delivered or put in use (as shown on the inside cover of this booklet). It ends at the expiration of the coverage as shown below.
  • The Cadillac Free Scheduled Maintenance Program is not part of the warranty, but is offered concurrently with the warranty up to 4 years/100,000 km (whichever comes first).
  • To obtain the required maintenance and service, take the vehicle to your authorized Cadillac retailer when suggested by the maintenance schedule indicated in the owner’s manual. Only mentioned maintenance will be made for free.
  • This Free Scheduled Maintenance is for Cadillac vehicles registered and normally operated in the country in which this program is issued by an authorized Cadillac retailer.

What is Not Covered:

  • Failures due to lack of proper maintenance as described in the maintenance schedule; failure to follow maintenance schedule intervals; failure to use fuel, oil and lubricants recommended in the owner’s manual. Proof of proper maintenance is your responsibility.
    Keep all receipts and make them available if questions arise concerning maintenance. It is advised to have all scheduled services performed by a GM authorized retailer only.
  • The provisions of this warranty shall not apply to most maintenance parts. For further information on maintenance parts warranty, please contact your GM authorized retailer.
  • Cleaning and polishing, lubricating, replacing filters, spark plugs and worn brake and clutch linings and performing other normal maintenance services all vehicles require. See maintenance schedule in the owner’s manual for full details.
  • Accidents or damage caused by collision, fire, theft, freezing, vandalism, riot, explosion, or objects striking the vehicle; misuse of the vehicle such as driving over curbs, overloading, racing, or other competition; alterations to the vehicle. In addition, coverages do not apply if the odometer has stopped or been altered. Proper use is described in the owner’s manual.
  • Any damage/failure of a component that can be attributed to the use of any non-GM parts/accessories or parts/accessories not approved by GM, including any performance enhancing software or hardware, is not covered by warranty. General Motors reserves the right to revoke the warranty coverage if it is observed/reported that the vehicle has been subjected to any of the conditions above.
  • Any damage/failure of a component that can be attributed to the use of any non-GM parts/accessories or parts/accessories not approved by GM, including any performance-enhancing software or hardware, is not covered by warranty. General Motors reserves the right to revoke the warranty coverage if it is observed/reported that the vehicle has been subjected to any of the conditions above. This is the only expressed warranty applicable to General Motors vehicles and neither distributors, retailers nor the General Motors Overseas Distribution Corporation authorize any person to create for them any other obligation or liability in connection with these vehicles. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose applicable to this vehicle is limited to the duration of this written warranty. The performance of repairs and needed adjustments is the exclusive remedy under this written warranty or any implied warranty. GMODC shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages (for other than injury to the person) resulting from breach of this written warranty or any implied warranty.

Before a vehicle can become ‘Certified Pre-Owned’ and displayed for sale it must undergo a thorough certification process. First the vehicle's history is checked, including an odometer check and the completion of any outstanding recall work.

Next, it goes through a thorough 110+ point mechanical inspection, ensuring that the vehicles is in full working order. A certificate confirming the inspection is then inserted in the Handbook, providing valuable vehicle history for the future. Finally, a full valet and complete paint detailing ensures that you receive your 'Certified Pre-Owned' car as good as new.​

While every effort is made during the 110+ point inspection and reconditioning to ensure we consistently deliver the highest standards, should you not be satisfied within 7days/1,000km of delivery, because of a technical or mechanical issue, you can exchange your vehicle for one of the same value or higher​


This is our further commitment to quality and our customers' peace of mind. All ‘Certified Pre-Owned’ vehicles will receive one further inspection after 1,500km, at no additional cost.


To be ‘Certified Pre-Owned’, a vehicle must be:

  • under 5 model years old
  • have less than 100,000km
  • complete a vehicle history check
  • undergo a full 110+ point inspection
  • be reconditioned to the highest standards

It must include a comprehensive Customer Care package of:

  • 24 Months Warranty (depending on brand)
  • 12/24 Month Roadside Assistance (depending on brand)
  • 7 Day Exchange Policy
  • Free 1,500km vehicle inspection.

Then, and only then, can it be displayed as ‘Certified Pre-Owned’
